Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made and 3D-printed per order, we do not accept general returns or change-of-mind refunds.

However, we ALWAYS take care of our customers. You are protected under the following conditions:

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please email beelayer.za@gmail.com within 7 days with:

We will replace the item free of charge.

If an NFC keychain does not function on a compatible device, we will troubleshoot with you and replace it if found faulty.

If you received the wrong colour or product by mistake, we will exchange it at no cost to you.

Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds (when applicable) are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
