Shipping policy

Because all BeeLayer products are 3D printed on demand, processing time is typically 1–3 business days before shipping.

During high-volume periods or for certain customized items, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship from Centurion, Gauteng.

Available options:

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country. We do not control or cover these fees.

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect, BeeLayer is not responsible for the package being undeliverable. Please contact us immediately for corrections.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at beelayer.za@gmail.com within 7 days so we can assist with a replacement claim.
